Silver Lake Waterman led the round with participation from existing investors including Contour Venture Partners, Intel Capital and others. Latest Capital Injection Brings Movable Ink to $97 million raised since its launch in 2010.

The funding round follows recent Movable Ink milestones, including:
- Crossing $100 million of recurring annual revenue thanks to a constant growth of the clientele.
- Hired more than 100 new employees worldwide in the first quarter of 2022, bringing the total number to more than 550. The company plans to grow to more than 700 employees worldwide by the end of 2022.
- Acquire Coherent Path, the AI-powered content engine, to enable marketers to better understand customer intent, activate all data, and deliver the ideal, personalized content in an automated and highly scalable way on a variety of customer touchpoints.
- Stretching through Europeincluding Germany, Austria, Swissthe Nordic countries and the Benelux.
In the past six months alone, the company has also grown its list of clients in the provision of personalized communications, including investment platform Public.com, MGM Resorts, The Los Angeles TimesCirque du Soleil, Epic, American Golf, Wise, Sky Deutschland, Thalia, etc.
