Acquisition of own shares – 8. half-year report

During the period from August 1 to August 5, 2022 inclusive, a total of 28,168 shares were acquired under the 2022 share buyback program. The launch of the 2022 share buyback program was announced with notification of June 10, 2022, pursuant to art. 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation) and in accordance with Art. 2 par. 1 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.

The total volume of shares repurchased over the period from August 1 to August 5, 2022 inclusive, the volume-weighted average price and the volume in euros are as follows:
